Man and Van Service in London
I recently used a man and ven service to move home. The company was Vantastic and I'd like to recommend them highly. There a lot of London Man and Van services to choose from, but Vantastic are exceptional! For a start there are two men with the van but you only pay for the same as many others with only one. The other think is the pricing. They agree the cost before thay turn up, no hidden extras and no nasty surprises.

that's a great way to look at it. I'm all for the little guys looking out for each other. Business coaching is a very interesting subject and I'm sure it will be of interest to a lot of people. I've posted a link on the A.I.B message board so this site should get a lot more views.

- I guess you are looking at all the social network sites, so it's all about exposure for you. Are you posting on any of the business forums? These can be great for making new contacts and of course lots of small businesses use blogs as a promotion tool.
